Here’s a Throwback Thursday clip from about a year ago when I was grappling with the challenge of converting my trove of audio clips full of inspirations and teaching into text and video clips. It was harder than I thought! I spent a lot of time doing this!
I had to research some companies that could tackle the project. I just couldn’t do it myself. I had to prepare all the audio content and hand it over. I had to delegate the project to someone else. You might have to do that too.
As I look back, I realize that time is so important. How much is your time worth? I think you’ll all want to save some time and money by doing projects yourself, but I also feel that you should delegate a project to someone who can do it faster and more efficiently.
Remember to delegate some projects that will cost you more in time spent, rather than money invested.
