Which matters more – education or experience?
Academics are important, but a go-forward attitude combined with work experience is necessary. Don’t let a lack of education slow you down.
Some of the most successful people I’ve ever come in contact with are average people with average education, but a fearless attitude. They don’t worry about others’ opinions, and they get done what needs to be done.
